There are three options is there for register complaint against upgrad and all other education platform
1, https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ = This link is we can register for all consumer products even education also
2, pgportal.gov.in = This link is government official link this complaint goes to education of ministry authority people.
3. https://edaakhil.nic.in/edaakhil/ = This link is online e-court it is full and fully rectifing the issue thro online. This is fully free. No need to contact lawyer u can explain yourself.
